So, do you need to choose from among the many Manchester hotels in Manchester, UK? Traveling on holiday? For personal or family reasons? For business? Whatever the case, out of all the hotels in Manchester, why not try out one of the fine Manchester airport hotels? I love these and think that they are the best deal for most people.

If you check into one of the Manchester airport hotels for your trip, you will actually be awake and refreshed in the morning even before apre -dawn flight. You won’t have to worry about needing to skip breakfast, that’s for certain. You can check in for your flight or your room at your leisure, and you won’t have to worry over or fight with the Manchester motorway traffic jams or the dreaded rush hour.

Have your accommodations and your flight right there in the same place or conveniently close together. Even if you do look over the other Manchester hotels in favor of one of these airport lodgings, you will won’t be far from Manchester city centre and all of its attractions.

Now, are there any out of these airport hotels in Manchester that I would strongly recommend? Yes, several–but one that stands out in my mind for those of us who may want the convenience of one of the Manchester airport hotels but perhaps cannot afford any of those that are right there within or next to the terminals is the Altrincham Lodge and Parking at Manchester Airport.

This is the least expensive of all of the Altrincham Lodge locations. While it is not right on the airport site, you are still only five miles and 15 minutes by car or bus away from your flight. This location still allows you to enjoy apre-flight breakfast and avoid the wicked traffic if you must.

One of my favorite features of this hotel is its 15 day parking package. The Lodge’s parking package secures 15 nights of car parking with a night’s stay. This is one of the finest parking deals to be found at any of the Manchester hotels that you might look into, be they airport hotels or city centre hotels.

What this means for you is that our vehicle is allowed to be parked at the secure Manchester Airport parking lot just opposite the airport terminal and only a short drive from the Lodge as I said. Now does that sound convenient and stress-free or what?

The Altrincham Lodge itself is a nice budget lodge with a mixture of quaint charm and modern conveniences, including today’s all-important free wireless Internet service. One thing that the hotel does not skimp on is service. The staffers are friendly and discreet, and seem to sincerely enjoy their jobs. The rooms are not elaborate but they are quite clean and cozy.

So, should you decide to heed my advice and look to airport hotels when you have to select from among the many hotels in Manchester, if you want the economical choice in Manchester hotels while being close to the airport, check out theAltrincham Lodge. But there are other Manchester airport hotels that are even closer, if you have a bigger wallet.
